Today we have a guest post - @prakash.cfp.sao reads the revolutionary Pakistani poet Habib Jalib's missive to power and transience. The poem speaks to what's happening in the country, with the anniversary of the abrogation of Article 370 in Kashmir, and the prolonged lockdown and communications blockade (the biggest ever in the world) being made to coincide with the laying of the foundation stone of the Ram temple in Ayodhya. This foundation that cements the Centre’s commitment to a homogenous, exclusive identity is established over the demolition of the Babri Masjid by terrorists, supported by the state, on 6 December, 1992.
